Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zaggify, including the Zaggify SEO & Website Health Scanner, website scanning tools, reports, AI-assisted features, subscriptions, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Zaggify, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Zaggify.

- Technical SEO
- Indexability
- Metadata
- Internal and external links
- Broken links

Zaggify may also provide automated recommendations and AI-assisted suggestions.
Scan results are based on information available to Zaggify at the time of the scan.
Zaggify does not guarantee that every issue will be detected or that every reported issue will affect search engine rankings.
Website behavior, search engine systems, third-party services, and technical standards can change over time.
3. Accounts
You must create a Zaggify account before using the website scanner.
You may register using:
- A supported Google account; or
- An email address and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
You may not:
- Share your account in a way that bypasses plan limits;
- Create multiple accounts to avoid usage restrictions;
- Impersonate another person or organization;
- Use another user's account without authorization;
- Circumvent subscription, website, scan, page, or AI limits.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid Zaggify services.
If you use Zaggify on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You may only scan websites that you own, manage, or are authorized to audit.
You must not use Zaggify to:
- Attack, disrupt, overload, or damage websites or networks;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems;
- Perform penetration testing without authorization;
- Circumvent robots, access controls, rate limits, security protections, or Zaggify usage limits;
- Scan private network addresses or systems you are not authorized to access;
- Use the Service for illegal activity;
- Resell access to Zaggify unless your plan or a separate agreement permits it;
- Abuse automated scanning or API functionality;
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service.
Zaggify may apply technical restrictions, crawl limits, request limits, rate limits, and other safeguards to protect our infrastructure and third-party websites.
6. Plans and usage limits
Zaggify may offer Free, Starter, Pro, Agency, or other plans.
Each plan may have different limits for:
- Websites or projects;
- Full website scans;
- Quick scans;
- Pages crawled per scan;
- AI Assistant usage;
- Scan history;
- Reports;
- Core Web Vitals analysis;
- Export features;
- Client or white-label functionality.
Current plan limits and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page.
Your available features are determined by your active plan.
Unused monthly allowances generally do not roll over into future billing periods unless stated otherwise.
We may update plan limits or introduce new plans in the future. Changes that materially affect an active paid subscription will be communicated where required.
7. Free accounts
The Free plan may be used without payment.
Free accounts currently have limited website, scan, page, report, and feature allowances.
The Zaggify AI Assistant is not included with the Free plan.
Free accounts may also be limited in how frequently the registered website can be changed.
We may modify Free plan limits in the future.
8. Paid subscriptions and Paddle
Paid Zaggify plans are subscription services.
Purchases are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for Zaggify transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, buyer payment support, and payment-related refund processing.
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
Depending on the plan you choose, your subscription may renew monthly or annually.
The price, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and total payable amount are shown before you complete checkout.
You authorize Paddle to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring payments until the subscription is canceled.
We do not store your complete card number or card security code.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time.
Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
After that period ends:
- Your subscription will not renew;
- Your account will move to the applicable Free plan;
- Paid features, including Zaggify AI, may become unavailable;
- Projects exceeding Free plan limits may become archived or read-only rather than immediately deleted.
Canceling a subscription does not normally create a refund for unused time remaining in the current billing period.
Subscriptions can be managed through Zaggify's billing area or the Paddle Customer Portal where available.
Paddle currently states that subscription cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
10. Refund policy
Because Zaggify provides immediate access to digital software and online services, payments are generally non-refundable once successfully processed, except where:
- A refund is required by applicable law;
- Paddle's Refund Policy provides a right to a refund or withdrawal;
- A duplicate or incorrect transaction occurred;
- A material technical problem prevents you from accessing the paid service as described and the problem cannot reasonably be resolved;
- Zaggify or Paddle approves a refund in its discretion.
There are generally no prorated refunds or credits for:
- Unused time during a billing period;
- Failure to use the Service;
- Unused scan allowances;
- Unused AI allowances;
- Downgrading before the end of a billing period;
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
If you cancel, you normally keep access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country always apply and cannot be excluded by this Refund Policy.
Some jurisdictions provide statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Where those rights apply, they override any conflicting part of this policy.
Paddle's current global refund policy states that transactions are generally non-refundable unless required by law or another eligible circumstance applies. Paddle also recognizes statutory withdrawal rights in applicable jurisdictions.
To request a refund, you may:
- Contact Zaggify support at info@zaggify.com; or
- Request assistance through Paddle's buyer support or customer portal.
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and normally returned to the original payment method where possible.
Zaggify does not send payment refunds directly outside the Paddle payment system.
11. Plan upgrades and downgrades
You may change your subscription when supported by the billing system.
Upgrades may take effect immediately or according to the billing terms shown when the change is made.
Downgrades may take effect at the end of your current billing period.
If your new plan supports fewer websites, projects, scans, reports, or other resources, excess projects or data may become archived, read-only, or unavailable for new activity.
We do not automatically delete your projects solely because you downgrade unless required by our retention policy or you request deletion.
12. Payment failures
If Paddle cannot process a subscription payment, your subscription may become past due, restricted, suspended, or canceled.
You may be asked to update your payment method.
We may provide a reasonable period for resolving payment problems before paid features are removed.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, card providers, payment networks, Paddle, or incorrect payment information.
13. AI features
Paid plans may include access to the Zaggify AI Assistant.
AI features may help:
- Explain scan findings;
- Suggest fixes;
- Generate metadata suggestions;
- Suggest structured data;
- Provide WordPress instructions;
- Provide developer suggestions;
- Prioritize website issues;
- Create summaries and action plans.
AI-generated content is advisory.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your particular website.
You remain responsible for reviewing any suggestion before applying it to your website.
Zaggify does not automatically guarantee that AI recommendations are correct or that applying them will improve rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, security, accessibility, or performance.
Some information from your website scan may be sent to third-party AI providers when you use AI features.
We aim to send only information reasonably required to answer the request and do not intentionally send account passwords, payment credentials, or authentication cookies.
14. Third-party services
Zaggify relies on third-party services for some functionality.
These may include services for:
- Payments;
- Authentication;
- Website performance data;
- Artificial intelligence;
- Email delivery;
- Hosting or infrastructure.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations.
We are not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
15. Website scan data and reports
Zaggify may temporarily or permanently store information required to provide:
- Scan reports;
- Website projects;
- Scan history;
- Comparisons;
- Usage tracking;
- AI conversations;
- Account functionality.
Retention periods may vary by plan.
The latest report for an active project may be retained separately from normal historical retention periods.
You can request account deletion subject to legal, payment, fraud prevention, accounting, and other legitimate retention requirements.
More information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
16. Search engine and SEO disclaimer
Zaggify is an auditing and recommendation tool.
We are not Google, Bing, or another search engine.
We cannot guarantee:
- Search rankings;
- Indexing;
- Search traffic;
- Leads;
- Revenue;
- Conversion improvements;
- Search engine penalties being removed;
- Any specific business outcome.
Search engines control their own crawling, indexing, ranking, and result presentation systems.
A high Zaggify health score does not guarantee higher rankings.
A low score does not necessarily mean that a website will perform poorly in search.
17. Performance data disclaimer
Performance and Core Web Vitals information may come from third-party services or publicly available datasets.
Lab data and real-user field data are different measurements.
Not every website or URL has sufficient real-user data.
Where data is unavailable, Zaggify may display that the information is unavailable rather than estimate or invent it.
18. Service availability
We aim to keep Zaggify available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance;
- Hosting issues;
- Software updates;
- Third-party outages;
- Security incidents;
- Infrastructure problems;
- Events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, improve, remove, or replace features over time.
19. Intellectual property
Zaggify, including its branding, software, interface, design, reports, original content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Zaggify except where otherwise stated.
Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of Zaggify intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of your own website content and information.
20. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you:
- Violated these Terms;
- Used Zaggify unlawfully;
- Attempted to bypass plan or technical limits;
- Created risk to Zaggify, other users, or third parties;
- Abused scanning, AI, payment, or account systems;
- Failed to pay amounts properly due under a paid subscription.
Where reasonable and legally required, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zaggify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the Service.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of:
- Search rankings;
- Website traffic;
- Revenue;
- Profits;
- Customers;
- Business opportunities;
- Data resulting from actions you independently take based on recommendations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of Zaggify, unauthorized scanning activity, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when:
- The Service changes;
- New features are added;
- Pricing or subscription structures change;
- Laws or regulations require changes;
- Third-party services materially change.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
24. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
